I am currently 64 miles into a 90 mile week, this means dropping $10 at Vons for some bags of ice and rehabbing the SHIT out of my legs.
Start with 2 x 10lbs bags of ice.
Fill bathtub to almost full with Cold H20.
Pour mentioned ice bags into full tub.
See its icy!
Take a before photo to show what a stupid runner looks like.
Get a nice book (wtf?) to keep your mind off the fact you have lost all feeling in your legs
After 15 minutes, try not to kill yourself by falling in the bathroom. No feeling in lower extremities. Warm the FUck up now.
